It is hereby informed that “Rohan Computers” is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
I/We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the TNGST Act 1959 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill/Cash Memo/Invoice has been effected by me/us in the regular course of my/our business.
Our responsibility ceases the moment the goods leave our warehouse.
We provide a proper GST invoice for all the products we sell and do not sell any products without a GST invoice. If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box while ordering. You will also need to provide the three pages of your company’s GST certificate for a GST invoice.
A 2% fee will be deducted as a convenience fee for orders canceled by the buyer before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, a 5% fee will be charged for cancellations. A 3% fee will be deducted if the buyer wishes to modify the order after it has been shipped, while no charges will apply to modifications made before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
A 5% fee will be deducted from the order value if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, applicable only if the order is canceled by the buyer.
Materials sold are computer components and do not form a complete system unless explicitly specified as a “New PC System.”
Any products purchased from us for special use in environments other than normal should be disclosed at the time of purchase; otherwise, the warranty will be void.
No customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of the terms and conditions.
For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable if the product delivered is defective or damaged. No refunds will be provided for gaming chair orders.
For “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) products, the buyer must ensure that all parts and accessories that came with the product are present in the box. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance as a DOA case and will be treated as RMA.
Physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers are not covered under warranty. All products sold by us require installation by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer.
Rohan Computers reserves the right to cancel any orders due to price or stock issues.
The court at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from this sale contract.
Warranty & RMA Terms
All products sold by us are under carry-in warranty only. Both sides of the shipping charges must be paid by the buyer to RMA a product outside our policy window.
On-site warranty is only covered if the area falls within the brand’s service reach. If not, the warranty service will automatically change to carry-in service.
Our shipping service for returning RMA products does not include insurance for damage caused in transit, and we are not liable for such damages.
Where the terms “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned, the warranty is directly covered by the manufacturer or distributor. We do not have any legal or financial liability for the same. Should you face any issues claiming the warranty, please contact us.
Customers must always send a copy of our invoice when requesting warranty service.
Goods will be accepted for warranty repair or replacement only if they are in good physical condition.
Products with broken or burnt pins, pen or pencil markings, cracks, missing or tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void.
The duration of RMA/Warranty claims is determined by the brand; please do not argue with us over delays as we are only assisting you with the service or replacement.
The warranty is void for damage caused by mishandling, improper handling, or other factors that would not typically cause damage under normal conditions.
Warranty is provided against manufacturing defects only and is in line with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If the manufacturer has a local service center, customers must approach the center directly with their purchase details.
Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy.
We reserve the right to reject materials received for warranty without accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, and original packaging.
Any service issues or problems must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. We are not responsible for any litigation arising from this.
Warranty service will be provided only when the full payment has been made on the due date.
This RMA/Warranty Claim service is not a guaranteed lifetime service but a special service provided to our customers who face difficulties in claiming their warranty or do not have a local service center. We reserve the right to revoke this service without prior notice.
